Damian

 Served 25 years on the front lines as a firefighter/paramedic. Retiring at 55, he wanted to make his hard-earned pension stretch further while still enjoying an extraordinary quality of life.  To fund our new chapter, we transformed our 3,500 sq. ft. Hollywood, Florida home into dedicated yearly rental suites—keeping one section locked for our return trips—and set off to document every step of our journey. 

Dionne

 Is a 17-year Stage 4 breast cancer survivor. After post-treatment procedures left her facing a $14,000 dental bill in the U.S., she began looking for high-quality, affordable solutions abroad. Combined with her desire to use their fleeting youth to see the world, the vision became clear: it was time to live like true retirees on a budget, without sacrificing comfort.
